By access internet easily, many person tend to create a home business on line. Many are success on their business but the others failed. People still consider about the main factor of failure, majority caused by human resources, less motivation, less knowledge and easy to be desperate to face obstacles. Every one should have specific talent. It calls personal foundation. Generally, we should have four personal foundations to be success on home business on line.

Have dreaming
Talking about dreaming, some one always thinks that dreaming usually comes when
