Affiliate program is so familiar between internet marketers or people always do business on the net. But as matter of fact not all people success doing affiliate program, almost 75 % failed in this business and desperate to continue. Desperation comes to us, because of many factors. We have spent much money for capital, but never getting benefit from this business. Why are we failed but the others success? The questions always come to new affiliates that have been joining affiliate program for long time. The leadership is important role.Few suggestions must be avoided by leader so that gaining success on affiliate program.

1. Lazy to spend money for getting rank position.
Almost 90 % of Affiliate program that offer to people world wide, selling products and services. You must buy few products from affiliate store, in order to get rank position. The commission will come to your pocket, if one of your team works buys products as you do. This action is first capital that you must spend, you can not avoid it. You must be selective to choose the products to buy. Choose the essential products that you really need to support your business progress.

2. Lazy to learn.
Learning is important action must be done by leader on affiliate program. Good leader must learn marketing strategies, technology and good communication. You can take all knowledge from others resources free on the net, beside from your company training resources.

3. Lazy to spend money for promotion.
Affiliate program generally give many tools to new affiliates for promotion products and services. You can use the tools, as banner, website, e card and others technology facilities. But you can not avoid spending money for campaign in order to get fresh leads. The purpose is improved your networking and help your business make progress rapidly. Writing articles is the cheapest promotion, but you must have talent to write. Placing ad, on Google Ad word is the best solution, but need a lot of money. Consider to campaign on electronic magazine, because cheaper than others and have specific readers.

4. Lazy communication.
Survey proved that almost 75 % of new affiliates are lazy to do action after signing up. They think that affiliate program is like magic and earning money without doing any think. They never contact their leads. Ideal, the leader must contact their leads once a week at least. You can create newsletter or sales letter for communication.

To success on affiliate program, need persistent, consistent and never give up, because to get a lot of money need time and patient.
