Varieties of rice

 

Indonesian and Malaysian never avoid from rice, although variety recipes have came from world wide. The ingredients are easy to find, especially at Super Market and china traditional market.

Hainan rice chicken

 

Ingredients for Hainan rice:

1. 3 spoons of vegetable oil
2. 1 spoon sesame oil
3. 5 clove of garlic cut to pieces
4. 1000 ml chicken broth

Ingredients for Hainan chicken
1. 3 spoons vegetable oil
2. 1 spoons sesame oil

5. Tomato and cucumber

How to make
Greasy rice

How To make

Petai fried rice
