Varieties of soups

People around the world must know soups. People do not know, from what country soup comes from, but the European spread the culinary to America, Asian, and Australian. Soup always serves before main course on breakfast or Dinner, because of culinary oriental thought, soup receipt becomes difference between Europe, America, and Asia. Let us try many receipts that describe below when the soups have made many modifications.

Corn soup

Ingredient:
1. 200 gram chopped chicken
2. 3 spoon vegetable oil
3. 2 spoon of salty soy sauce
4. 1250 ml chicken broth
5. 1 can of corn
6. 1 spoon of salt
7. 5 spoon corn starch melted with 8 spoon of water
8. 2 mixing eggs
9. ½ tea spoon of pepper powder
10. ½ tea spoon sesame oil

Ingredient for smearing
1. 1 spoon of salty soy sauce
2. 1 spoon of water ginger
3. 1 spoon of corn starch
4. Pepper powder to taste


How to make:
1. Smeared chopped chicken and keep it for 15 minutes

2. Vegetable oil to sauté and pouring salty soy sauce and chicken broth, keeping up to boiling. Pour corn and chopped chicken and finally pour salt.

Corn Tofu soup

Ingredients
1. 1 spoon of margarine
2. 20 gram large yellow union chopped
3. 1 little garlic chopped
4. 1 scallion to slice
5. 100 gram chicken to slice into cubes
6. 2 spoon rasped corn
7. 500 ml chicken broth
8. 1 tofu to slice into cubes
9. ½ tea spoon of pepper
10. 1 tea spoon of salt
11. 1 Mixing egg
12. 2 spoon of corn


How to make:
1. Margarine to sauté on pan, pour large yellow union chopped and garlic chopped up to fragrance
2. Pour slice scallion and cubes chicken.
3. Pour rasped corn and chicken broth
4. Pour corn, tofu, salt and pepper powder and boiled up to cooked
5. Before to take, pour mixing egg into it and mix rapidly
6. Serve with baking bread.

Read bean soup

Ingredients
1. 250 gram read bean
2. 500 gram young rib
3. 2 little garlic to chopped
4. 1 large yellow union chopped
5. 1 tomato to slices
6. 5 scallion to slices
7. 2 celery to slices
8. 1 nutmeg to slices
9. ½ teaspoon of peppers
10. 2 l water for boiling
11. 2 spoon of fried shallots
12. 2 spoon margarine

How to make
1. Boiled read bean up to a half of cooked and the take from the pan. Pour the ribs to the water in the pan, pour pepper and nutmeg on it.
2. After a half cooked, pour read bean into it and cooked them up to soft.
3. Margarine to sauté and pour garlic, yellow union chopped, tomato to fragrance. Pour celery and take from the pan, serve in the bowl, spread fried shallots on it.

 

Miso soup

Ingredients
1. 1 l water
2. 2 up to 3 spoon read miso or Japan fermented bean paste
3. 1 teaspoon of instant broth
4. 150 gram tofu slice into cubes
5. 5 shintake mushroom slice thin
6. 2 scallions

How to make
1. Boiled water instant broth and read miso
2. Pour tofu, shintake mushroom and boiled up to cooked
3. Serve with slices scallions

Tom Yam Kung Soup

Ingredients
1. 250 gram fresh shrimp
2. 75 gram mush room
3. 1 spoon vegetable oil

Flavor 1
1. 100 gram tomato slice into pieces without seeds
2. 1 piece of galangal
3. 2 pieces of small fragrance lime
4. 1 piece of coriander seeds leaf
5. 1 piece lemongrass
6. 1 red chilies, take the seeds and slice to pieces
7. 1 green chilies, take seeds and slice to pieces
8. 500 ml chicken broth

Flavor 2
1. 1 spoon fish soy sauce
2. 1 spoon of water of calamondin
3. 2 spoon chilies sauce ( if like hot taste )
4. ½ spoon sugar
5. salt to taste

How to make:
1. Clean shrimp without skin
2. Take oil vegetable to sauté, pour the shrimp, frying into red color.
3. Pour the flavor 1 into it and cooked for 20 minutes
4. Take the shrimp from the pan, pour flavor 2 into it and cooked for 5 minutes.
5. Pour shrimp and mushroom boiled up to cooked and serve.
