You can practice these receipes without difficulties.
DALMATION CAKE ( Bolu Dalmation )
Ingredients : 350 gram wheat flour 185 gram granulated sugar 3 eggs 15 gram baking powder 20 gram cake emulsifer 170 cc water meisyess How to make : 1. Mix water ,granulated sugar ,eggs ,cake emulsifer for two minutes. 2. Pour wheat flour ,baking powder and mix for 1 minutes. 3. Pour to shape cookies and spread over the meisyess. ( Served for 5 persons )
LEMON CAKE
Ingredients : 200 gram butter , melted 6 eggs ( only yellow liquid eggs ) 150 gram refined sugar ( flour sugar ) 200 gram wheat flour 1 tablespoon rhum 1 tablespoon essens lemon 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 5 red cherrys How to make : 1. Mix flour sugar ,melted butter and liquid yellow eggs up to arise. 2 Mix continuesly and pour rhum ,essens lemon and baking powder. 3. Wait until 30 minutes 4. Pour them to shapes cake and bake in the oven. 5. After baking is ready , you can decorate by slice cherries. ( Served for 7 persons )
THICK FOLDED CREPE FILLED WITH SWEAT SPICES ( Martabak Manis )
Ingrediens : 250 gram wheat flour 375 cc warm milk coconut 150 gram granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of gist ( yeast ) 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 50 gram peanut , peeled ,cut into small piece , fried 50 gram wijen ,fried ( you can buy in China shop ) 15 gram granulated sugar 50 gram meisyess 50 cc evaporated milk. How to make : 1.Pour gist ( yeast ) to warm coconut milk up to foam 2. Mix wheat flour ,sugar and eggs and then pour the warm coconut milk little by little. 3. Pour baking soda and wait 15 minutes ( place in the warm place ) 4.Prepare the baking pan ,smeared by butter and pour the ingredients wait until arouse . 5. spread peanut , sugar ,wijen and milk and and folded into two pieces.
FUDGY CHOCOLATE CHIP
Ingredients : 100 gram wheat flour 45 gram cacao powder 170 gram aren sugar ( derived from sap of arenga palm ) 90 gram butter 75 gram dark baking chocolate 2 eggs 80 gram chocolate chips 50 gram almond ( peanut , mede ) How to make : 1. Prepare peanut ,peeled and cut into small pieces 2. Bake the peanut in the oven with temperature of 200 C for 10 minutes. Down the temperature into 180 C. 3. Prepare the shape cookies ,spread with margarine or a little vegetable oil and spread a little wheat flour on it. 4.Mix wheat flour ,cacao powder, aren sugar. 5. Melted dark baking chocolate and butter ( not boiled ). Make cold and mix with the number 4. 6.Pour the chocolate chips and mix together with number 4 . 7. Prepare the tablespoon , take the ingredients ( number 4 ) and shape like the example ( see the foto above ) 8. Prepare on the cake shaping and bake at about 14 minutes ( serves for 3 persons )
CAKWE
Ingredients : 500 gram wheat flour 6 gram baking powder 12 gram granulated sugar 10 gram salt 6 gram amonium carbonat 300 gram water. How To make : 1. Mix wheat flour and baking powder. 2. Pour sugar , amonium carbonat and salt to water. 3. Pour the mixing ingredients of number 1 into number 2 and keep for 9 minutes. 4. Covered the ingredients above with plastic and wait 30 minutes. 5. Mix again and covered with plastic and keep them for 8 up to 14 hours. 6. Flat with tick 0,5 cm and cut 1,5 cm. 7. Fried in hot vegetable oil 185 C until cooked and golden brown
