MENU WITH LOW CHOLESTEROL

 

 

We are as young generation become so trend to visit fast food restaurant today. We always enjoy hamburger, Kentucky, and hot dog. It meals become so popular because it is very simple and fast to serve. Do you know? The foods always call junk food, because not health and high cholesterol. As a good mother or good mom always think about the risk to eat too much junk food. We try to make a kind of menu that health to serve and low cholesterol. We are at Indonesia, Saturday and Sunday is weekend. We try to make cooking for our family. The busies from Monday to Friday make us stress become cooling down in the weekend. Spend time to cook and together with family make us happy. The using of non- cholesterol vegetable oil in this menu below, make us save from that problem. There are a few menus below use coconut and chicken, but we are sure chicken only have 22 mg cholesterol. Let’s make by yourself at home and your children will enjoy.

 

SOSIS SOUP

Ingredients:

3 carrots slices into small
4 slices of cabbages cutes into small
2 potatoes slices into cubes
4 Souses
3 garlic
3 shallots
1 piece celery
1 tea spoon salt to taste
1 tea spoon pepper to taste
1 piece scallion

How to make:

1. Grind salt, pepper, garlic, and shallots and cut scallion into piece.
2. Cut souses into piece
3. Boil enough water in the pan, after boiled pour ingredient number 1, carrot pieces, slices cabbages, potatoes.
4. The last one, pour celery,and souses on it. Serve when hot.

 

Perkedel

Ingredients:

5 potatoes cut into pieces.
! Spoon grinder meat
½ -Teaspoon pepper
½ - teaspoon salt
2 pieces garlic
3 pieces shallots
1 spoon fried shallots
1 chicken egg

How to make:

1. Grind pepper, salt, garlic, shallot up to soft
2. Fry potatoes and, grind, mixture with number 1.
3. Pour grinder meat and fried shallots on it and shape become round.
4. Shake egg and pour non- cholesterol vegetable oil on baking.
5. Dip the ingredients of number 3 into shake egg and fry into hot vegetable oil. Fry one by one up to finished. ( Do not fry with big fire, just little fire )

OPOR AYAM (chicken coconut sauce)

Ingredients:

1 chicken
2 - cup Coconut
3 shallots
3 piece garlic
½ - teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1 teaspoon of sugar to taste
2 piece salam leaf
1 piece lemon grass
1 piece ginger
1 piece galangal
3 piece candle nut
1 spoon non- cholesterol vegetable oil

How to make:

1. Piece the chicken into 13 pieces. According what you like
2. Grind shallots, garlic, pepper, salt, sugar, ginger and candle nut.
3. Saute vegetable oil and pour the ingredients number two.
4. After fragrance, pour the chicken into it.
5. Pour the coconut on it and boiled up to cooked.
