strategies how to decrease your high blood pressure

do not know that they have high blood pressure, because almost 35 %
from them never know that they have hypertension. To know more that
you have hypertension, you should be diligent to control to the doctor.
There are few symptoms that your blood pressure higher than normal.
1. Strong headache
2. Feel very tired and panic
3. Your sight is not normal
4. Feel sick on the chest
5. Difficult to breath
6. Your heart beat is not normal
7. Blood in the urine.
If you feel symptoms like above, contact your doctor right away. The
risk of high blood pressure can make stroke, heart attack and failed
kidney.
The strategies how to avoid from hypertension, discipline of your way
of live, please see the strategies below,
1.
Diet DASH ( Dietary Approaches to stop hypertension )
The survey proved that people implement the DASH tends to decrease their
hypertension in two weeks. To implement the DASH, you should implement
step by step and always consult to your doctor before beginning the
diet.
The Dash gives suggestion, to decrease sodium or salt in your meal (keep
only 1500 mg per day).
Decrease eating margarine, salad seasoning and using seasoning with
low fat or fat free.
Drink skim milk with low fat three times a day.
Be vegetarian, avoid eating meat. You should eat more vegetables, nuts,
yogurt with low fat or fat free.

have time to eat health food and doing sport.

Drink milk product
Based on Harvard Medical school found that people eat 3,5 milk product
with low fat every day, 36 % can stabilize their blood, because milk
product contain mineral, potassium and magnesium. 4. Choose the health
food
Based on America study said that fibrous food can decrease blood pressure
until 7 points. Wheat bread, chocolate, vegetables and fruits have high
potassium that good to fight hypertension.

Sport
Doing sport 45 minutes a day can decrease your blood pressure until
5%. Doing sport makes artery softer, but consult your doctor before
doing it.
